Root back up choices.????

when doing a backup in cwm i was told to choose tar
then when i pick tar then there is another choice to backup system. then system data. or efs no choice to pick system+data. what is the rite choice???
using cwm v2.5.1.0&sdx0.3
then in the bottom it says loading file system
system rfs
data rfs
cashe rfs
