Help back up for my SGS 2

hi.. im using galexy s2.i bought tz phone 2 months ago and now it gotta problem with display... i return the phone to the store.they said do a back up. but i don't know how to do it.can some one help me??? plzzzzzz

basically hook up ur phone to a pc and transfer all the files u want to keep

Use Kies to backup your contacts, and media. Apps you will need to download again unless you are rooted

android backup service does a fair job of backing up ur apps to the cloud.. and settigns too apparently.. and definitely ur contacts.. make sure its turned on though.. settings/privacy
