Root Back Up playlists? I Flash Roms Alot !!

Is there any way to back up playlists in between ROM flashings. I flash ROM's a lot and I hate having to recreate playlists all over again. I used to back up playlists in titanium back up but it has stopped working when I came from mobster ROM to cm10/ I like to go in between both rooms for certain features and I constantly have to recreate playlists. i tried some apps form he playstore that claim to back up playlists but they don't work. i was wondering if you guys knew an easier way or app that does this for you.

I have a friend that creates his playlists on his computer then whenever he has to reset his phone he just copies them from his computer over to his phone. It's not as easy as backing up the playlists and restoring them, but it's definitely easier than recreating them on your phone.
