Help Back up pro?

Can you change the settings to point to it correctly? If you manually search for it can you find the backup file?
 
It is likely how the phone see's the internal vs external memory. I had the same type of problem with the DX2 which has a strange flip flop in how it see's internal/external memory. I'm just guessing as I don't have a Rezound myself.
 
Mine did the same thing. I changed the option to send the backup to the sd card, and it still goes to the internal memory. I emailed the developer....he answered right away. Great guy! He is looking into it. I will let you know what I hear.
 
I used My Back Up Pro also. I opted for online back up. Use the "old pin # and password" from good 'ole DI and it worked for the most part. Got the error message on some the apps that I was reloading also. I had to retrieve again from market. Don't opt for "android settings" to be backed up and reloaded. It will mess up new layout, I learned the hard way and had to reset phone and start all over again. Oh, one more thing, do not back up contacts and calendar if you use google. They will populate when you log into gmail acct.
 
The Backup pro tech support people have been helpful, but have not succeeded in finding the pathway to the SD card. Does anyone know?
