Yes, it is called Lookout Security and Antivirus, and you can download and install it from the Google Play Store.

I use My Backup Pro. It saves on the external SD card. If you're not rooted, it's really pointless to backup apps as it will only save the APK files only. You cannot save the apps data (you can only do this if you are rooted). For music and photos, I suggest copying them off the device directly onto the computer. Then archive them on CD/DVD. This is a redundancy measure.
