So, I have a galaxy note 2 through at&t and I have basically been using it as a tablet. Well I decided to switch to a real tablet, and was wondering, can I back up all my app data to either the google cloud or my SD card, so when I make the switch I can have all my games and whatnot where they are?

I had to go into the Google Play Store and install the apps I wanted on my tablet to the tablet. I think since they are different devices, they don't copy over automatically. But all the apps you have are in the "My Apps" sectiion. Just select the one you want to install, cklick install and select the tablet from the list.
