Help Backing up apps

I had a triumph that was flashed with cm7. I backed up all my apps (including data) to my SD card via titaminum backup. My phone puked and was replaced. I am now running stock and I have restored some apps (with data), with no problems so far. My question is, if I back up these same apps (with data), to my SD card and then flash to cm7, will I encounter any problems restoring these apps with data on the new from? Thanks!

When switching ROMs it is best not to restore data from a different ROM. It may cause issues, it may not.
