Root Backing up data to new MT from old MT

hey guys, i asked a question like this before but was just for a single phone so my question now is, i been playing drag racing alot lately and dont wanna lose my data when i switch to new MT when i exchange it cuz of washed out screen, i know if i use titanium back up and restore phone to stock i can restore it to that phone but if i get a new phone and copy everything from the sim card and put on new one from pc, will it still restore everything exactly and all my data from the online game? just wanna make sure cuz i put ton of time into that damn game and tuning everything so just wanna not waste it :/ im exchanging thursday by the way so any help before then i would appreciate it, thank u : )

Yeah, use titanium back to backup game + data, and then save it to your computer, put it on your new phone SD card, use titanium backup on your phone to restore game + data. Theres a way to backup all phone data via CWM.

that or you could use astro file manager (free in market and doesnt require root) to backup all of your apps. even ones that you purchased from the market
