Backing up EVERYthing from one Note2 to another?

I might have an issue with my N2 and have to exchange it for another one.

Is there a way to backup everything, including my arrangement of app icons on each home screen, my email accounts, Facebook account, etc.

Nandroid is the best I have seen, however you have to be rooted and then do the backup in a custom recovery because the os cant be running to do a complete backup. This link explains it fairly well.

I use My Backup

Likewise, I use and highly recommend My Backup.

However, it doesn't back up app data unless you're rooted.

Can't you do a complete backup on Kies software? I did but haven't had a need to do a restore yet.

Before returning your phone, tell us what's wrong- we may be able to help it not be a returnable issue.

If someone doesn't know how to backup the LAST thing I'd tell them is to nandroid. New users need to understand the basics before venturing into the more complex.

Plus can't rooting screw up your ability to return/exchange a phone under warranty?
