I actually own a Samsung Galaxy W, but the forum gets a lot less activity so I hope it's not a problem me posting here.
Basically I've been having a problem with the volume level and Samsung's solution is for me to take it to a service centre to be flashed.
Before I do that I want to back-up as much as I can. Currently my contacts, memos and calendar entries sync to Google. I've also got my photos uploaded to my PC.
Is there a way of making a complete back-up of the phone? Failing that how can I make the most comprehensive back-up of the phone possible?
