can someone recommend an app that will back up the game data from a game. Usually when I reinstall a game after a factory reset I have to start everything over and i do not want to do that anymore. Thank you.

moved this to the android app forum where it is more on topic.

are you rooted? if so titanium backup should do it.

not sure but maybe this might work:My Backup Pro

curious as to why you are factory resetting your device all of the time? what device do you have?

MyBackup Pro won't backup game data unless you are rooted. However, Helium will back it up without root.

I second Helium Backup for non rooted devices.

You will have to get the Helium backup app on your device and the Helium Desktop application on a Win/Linux/OSX device.

You need a desktop/laptop device only once to enable data backups of your phone, then you will be able to backup your apps data in question to sdcard, or you can use Helium's webserver mode to navigate to your phone over a common wifi network and use a full graphical interface in a web browser to select your data you care to backup and download it in a zip file to restore later.
