Help Backing up my Applications???

I'm using the Application called MyBackup Pro

I was told to put the Backup folder it creates on my Internal storage to my PC just in case my phone loses everything. Well I have it on my PC. Now question, let's say my phone gets wiped and I need my Apps. back. Do I just copy the Folder on my PC to my phone folder when connected through USB? Is it that easy? Will my Apps. be back?

P/S. I'm using DropBox so I saved my App Backup folder to that

You would have to copy the backed up files to your sdcard again, reinstall MyBackup from the market and then open & run MyBackup to restore your apps from the backed up files.

Essentially it's the same process as backing them up, but in reverse
