Help Backing Up Sensation Setup

Hi All,

Last night my HTC Sensation got stuck on rebooting. After I removed and replaced the battery it set itself up again as new out of the box! I've now got it all set up again as before , but would like to know if it's possible to backup the phone settings as they stand now, in case it happens again.

HTC Sync will remember some settings i think.

If you're rooted though i'd recommend keeping an up to date Nandroid back up and using Titanium back up/My back up
