Backing up system

What does everyone use to backup? I used back up and restore. As my system has been acting strange I thought that I would do a complete reset. So I experimented before doing so. I deleted a app. then did a restore. It did so but did not keep the data within the app all those weeks of playing down the tube. Is there a back up app that will restore my apps to there present state?

For unrooted devices I would check out MyBackup Pro. For rooted devices, I use Titanium Backup.

You need to be rooted to backup scores. The two most popular backup programs are My Backup Pro and Titanium. I use My Backup Pro. It will do score backup on rooted phones as will Titanium.
