Backing up the Cartivate

When I hooked the Wifes Captivate up to our computer the software failed to load, and the PC didnt even recognize the phone.
I was able to install the Samsung Captivate USB Drivers this morning (that took an hour:cool:) so now I can migrate stuff to the phone.
How can you Back Up the phone (again ala Blackberry)?

I backed up my phone using Titanium Backup (has to be rooted first) and loaded the backup on a brand new Samsung Captivate. Worked perfectly

Titanium saved my ass a few times, I got the donated version and I am so glad I did. I also use ROM Manager for when I want to do crazy s##t with my phone. I love this phone.

I've used MyBackup Pro which stores my backed-up programs and data on an external SD card.

1. Where does Titanium store its backup? Probably a silly concern as I suspect Titanium wouldn't save the backup in a volatile location if a factory reset is necessary.

2. Does Titanium back up / restore stock email account settings? MyBackup Pro does not.
