Help Backing up Thrill to my PC

I am trying to back up my LG Thrill to my PC with no luck. Any help would be great.

If it's music, pictures or docs you can plug up your phone and create a back up folder on your pc and drag and copy everything from your phone to that folder. Either that or create a back up folder on your sd card.

Thank you for your reply. Is there a way to back up text messages to a backup folder on my SD card?
