Backing Up?

Can you only back up the Note 10.1 to your PC using Kies or like the iPad can you back it up to some Cloud based server?

If you want to backup the entire system you need to be rooted. If you want to back up just the apps or media there are a lot of apps that can do that in the Play Store.

I use "Easy App backup" which you can backup apps to many different cloud storages as well as PC and external sd. Some apps can't be backed up and it will just give you a link to the Play Store for the app.
My cloud storage is my backup for media so I don't need an app for that. I use "Foldersync" to sync my cloud storage folder with a local folder both of my devices. This way my phone, tablet, and PC all have the same files.
I use Dropbox, Google Drive, Box.net, and Skydrive.
