Issue: Hi all. Since updating to 2.2 my screen randomly lights up. The phone will be just sitting on the table, next to bed etc and the screen will light up for a few seconds and the turn off.
It will sometimes not do it for hours, and then it will do it 6 or 7 times within a few minutes.
I've tried a battery pull and a hard reset but neither of those things have helped. In the task killer I have it set to ignore all of the core settings of the phone. I've tried searching this site, and on the web, but with no luck.
If anyone out there has a suggestion or idea I would be really grateful.
