Help backlight on keyboard not working

i turned my phone off and turned it back on now my backlight on the keyboard doesnt work ive restarted it twice and it wont come on, i cant find anywhere in the settings to activate it. anybody know how to fix this?

this just happened to my phone too, does anyone know how to fix this issue or do we have to go get a new phone.

Mine has just done this too. Quick keys and keyboard not lighting up, phone is on auto brightness.

toggle the auto brightness on and off and it should be ok

Try this, and if it still doesn't work, open up the keyboard and and then put the "Power control" widget on one of your homescreens. Change the brightness a few times, and that should fix it.
