Hello!
I know this may be a real dumb question and I probably missed that answer when looking through this forum ... But I just cannot seem to find an answer.
Yesterday I dropped my new Galaxy Note on the concrete and, of course, I shattered the screen. The phone still has functionality, just now has a permanent spiderweb to look through.
My question is ... Once I get my new Note (very luckily I bought the insurance), how can I backup all settings, apps and contacts then restore them to my new Note? I cant find the iTunes/Blackberry Manager equivalent for the Galaxy Note.
Thank you immensely for any help!
