Help Backup assistant help please!!

Ok so I recently took off APEX 1.4.1 to make my phone GB rooted, and I wiped and all that good stuff. But my contacts are restoring from google contacts (where i only have about 50 contacts) and not my Backup assistant (where I have over 500 contacts)

So how can I make it pull my contacts from backup assistant?

Used a sync with backup a few times , and got only facebook contacts in and no #'s.... any help please?

Even called verizon and they didn't know what to do, didn't want to bring my rooted phone into the store, but will unroot it if i have too
