Help Backup assistant not working

I got my replacement Incredible in the mail this week. I fired it up last night and everything synced like normal, but my apps didn't reutrn. Not the free ones, or the paid ones. I have done this before with success. My gmail account is on there..everything seems to be in order, but it just won't bring my apps back.

I may do a factory reset and see what happens, but was hoping there was something I was missing. I'm sure it's something dumb.
Anyone have any advice?

I'm not a member there. I downloaded all my apps straight from the Market.
