Help Backup Assistant

Put my wanted contacts I to my gmail account a d they synched with my new Droid 3 however it also synched my unwanted backup assistant contacts without asking. Now I ha ve duplicate phone numbers. I uncheked BA In setups but they still show up. Any ideas?

I also have Backup Assistant enabled on my Incredible 2 against my will and I can't shut it off. My phone is set to sync to my Gmail contacts and every time the Backup Assistant syncs, it erases contacts. How do I disable it?!
