Help Backup contacts

Is there a way to back up all my contacts without backup assistant because i've been having to do many factory resets this past week.

Is there a way to back up all my contacts without backup assistant because i've been having to do many factory resets this past week.

Use the Export/ Import feature in the contacts app. Besides, they are always also stored on your Google account.

Use both Gmail sync and the Verizon contact backup. Can't be too careful.
