Help Backup help needed

I am getting a replacement phone from Verizon and want to backup my data such as savegame files from angry birds and others. Where is this data stored? What do I need to do in order to back it up?

Saved data is usually stored on the sdcard, which is usually something you keep when changing phones. When I got a replacement DX, all I got was the phone and had to reuse my battery, sdcard and battery door.
