Help backup help

I broke my droid Incredible's screen and got a replacement. Now i want to make the new one just like the old one. I have Verizon therefore backup assistant, however, this doesn't help me with apps, pictures, settings, text messages and all my other stuff. How can I get all of that to the new phone?

You would have to root the old phone, use Titanium Backup, then root the new phone, and reinstall apps from Titanium.
