Help backup phone without root or SD card

I cracked the screen and need to send my phone in for a repair and I need to back everything up before I send it in. It's not rooted so Titanium won't work, and I really don't feel like going to the trouble of figuring out how to root it and then immediately unroot it. I also don't have an SD card to back anything up to. Is there any non-root way to back the phone up to somewhere in the cloud?

MyBackup Pro FTW

MyBackupPro only backs up applications and not their settings or data, if you have access to Play Store it is useless.

If I may intrude here with a similar question....

I intend to move from the GS3 to the Galaxy Note II in November.

I want to transfer all my apps/information to the new phone. I have an external SD card that I can just interchange from one phone to the other.

Will MyBackup Pro at least copy all my apps over? If their individual settings are not, it won't be a deal-breaker.

Mybackup pro will backup apps but without root it won't backup data, apps only with texts and contacts etc

Well were talking about the galaxy s iii which has a one click root and unroot

Do you have instructions on that?

I would love a one-step root and unroot.

It took me about 7 steps to root mine and now I want just one to unroot it.

Would appreciate the help.

Art,

Appreciate the reference to XDA.

I am hoping to avoid searching thousands of posts for the exact information that would be relevant.

I am hoping someone who knows exactly where the information is located could make an easy linked reference from this thread.

You can use Samsung's Kies to backup your pictures and such. Your Apps will be on the Play Store under My Apps so you can retrieve them.
