Backup phone?

I currently use a 4gb micro SD card, And i got a new 8gb one, I want to backup everything on the SD card to my new one, I've searched on google but only find things that require me to root my phone.

Is that all? So i can use my SD card in my phone and copy everything from it on my computer and put it on the other one?

Won't i miss some hidden files or anything?

Make sure Windoze Explorer is set to show everything in hidden folders eg .android.secure folder on your old card, select all, copy to pc, copy to new card, job done.

Well i just did it and all seems fine, In windows i made it show hidden files but not show hidden operative system files wich i dont think whas neccesary?

All seems fine.

Hidden operating system files relate to windows so there won't be any on your sd card
