Root Backup question

i just switched my recovery to the Amon ra and did a nandroid backup and now im back looking at the files on the sd card and the clockworkmod folder is in there with that backup....can i just delete that backup seeing is how i got the Amon ra backup?

You can if you'd like. If you don't see yourself using Clockworkmod anymore than I would delete the backup to conserve space.

Also, if you don't already know, all your Amon RA backups are kept in a folder named "nandroid".

If you didn't already do it, I would suggest making a nandroid of just the wimax partition or make a full backup with that included and save a copy to your pc. That will ensure that you have your wimax(4g) keys if you ever have an issue with them in the future.
