Root Backup Storage

Hey Guys,

Ive done a couple of ROM backups recently using ClockworkMod and not-suprisingly it uses up a lot of room on my lowly 8gig microsd card. Just wondering if it would be possile/wise to move (at least 1) of the backuped ROMS to be stored externally?

I would assume it was just a standard cut and paste of that folder onto my computer.

I dont see any major consequences of doing this, unless it's something technical that i wouldnt understand? I could just paste it back on the mircosd card and restore from there if i needed to.

I assume this is also the case for my Titanium Backup folder?

I don't think that there should be any major issues - all you need to do is find the correct location on the SD card and copy the files to your computer :)

I have done this many times and have never had any issues. I usually copy the entire sd card and place it in a folder with date on it. After a couple of weeks I delete the folder if not needed.
