I am having trouble with my desire HD during phone calls.
The call quality when the other person speaks tends to fade in and out, with the effect of breaking up what the other person is saying.
This makes having a conversation on the phone incredibly difficult as I simply cannot hear what they are saying because the sound is broken and intermittent.
If I reset the handset the call quality is perfect and I can have a conversation without the frustration of the sound fading in and out.
Does anyone know what could be causing this, or have a way of fixing it? I suspect its to do with the cache being clogged up or something?
Also how do i get into the phones service menus to look at the settings there and confirm that they are correct?
