Help bad Gnex?

I went to verizon store yesterday and played with demo.
The impression: phone itself is good enough, but somewhat it had issues.
4G connection dropped 30 seconds after get connected.
Screen rotation was laggy. ICS was not smooth as videos on youtube shown.
now i am kinda hesitating to buy the Gnex now.
Maybe I should wait till next shipment comes in.
