Help Bad MicroSD Cards?

My first question is, does the HTC Inspire support 32gb sd cards?

I recently bought one on ebay, it seemed to work until i tried to transfer my files to it. The transferring process was interrupted and I got a notification on my phone that read "SD card removed. Insert a new one". I've tried rebooting the phone, formatting the card(both from phone and pc) and no luck.
I bought another 32gb sd card, and also doesn't function. I receive this notification, "Blank SD card or unsupported file system".
Is there anyway i can fix these errors? any help is appreciated

Yes it does. On that note chances are you got a fake SD card on eBay. EBay is a very bad place to buy SD cards, they are usually reformatted 2-8gb cards. Then when you try to move files to the card that reach the true capacity of the card it errors out.
