Bad speed

I made a wipe data on my Samsung Ace 3 S7275R mobile and still has jerky and choppy speed. I reinstalled all apps from a backup from Samsung Kies. What else can i do? Also, should i install the apps from the beginning and not use the already available backup with the maybe broken apps and os faulty settings or that is not necessary?

Using the backup should be fine as it will freshly install them but curing that samsung stutter will be harder and i think the only way to do that is use an aosp custom rom.
The ace 3 is fairly low end but could easily handle android 4.4 with its 1gb RAM. Its just that samsung make their rom so bloated and heavy that only a high end phone can run it properly.
Kinda like american cars needing a huge engine to pull around 2tonnes of metal whereas european cars focus more on being lightweight (like aosp android)
