Hey guys, I really liked the speediness of BS1.7 when I tried it yesterday, but I didn't like the subtle changes to the UI so I reverted back to the stock rom. Does anyone know if it's possible to customize a rom? My main gripe with BS was the bar at the bottom of the phone was changed from a gray/silver color to a transparent black. If I could change that and reinstall certain apps that weren't included (like Sprint Nav), I think it'd be perfect.

If not, then is it possible to flash a kernel using the stock rom? I'm mainly trying to overclock the cpu.

Try flashing a theme to your rom. Thats what I did.

That's actually a genius idea. You wouldn't happen to know where to find a stock theme, would you?

EDIT: I see that there's some themes at XDA. Hopefully they have a stock one.
