balance deduction on sim change

When i earlier updated my galaxy y to ddlc version... My balance was deduced on every sim change and i received a msg from samsung family... So i dwngraded back to ddla3 version... .nw can anyone tell me that in the latest ddlc3 version.. This balance deduction on sim change is there or not.. I want to update my phone... Pls help

ya this was the problem with samsung earlier....now they sorted ot this problem...
You will get a message that "welcome to samsung family" but balance deduction is gone now.....

But r u sure that I can update my galaxy y from ddla1 to latest version directly n there will we no balance deduction on sim change.... Also tell the best custom rom ...

Now All my dear friend listen me carefully who are facing the problem 1.5 Rs. Balance deducting in sim card while changing it or at the time of format,,,,,,

When you change your sim card or format your smartphone,,, JUST CHANGE YOUR MESSEAGE CENTRE NO. IN MESSEGE SETTING.
like 5244 instead of +919824012355

After 1 hour put your original message centre no.

By this method your balance never be deducted.
