Baltimore member's, meet up on the 4th?

Hey fellas, i got this idea from reading marctronixxs' thread and thought it would be a good idea to try. so any members in the baltimore area that want to meet up and basically have a field day with our new EVO's lol. post away.
 
Pretty sure it's just us and I will be working that day. Gonna try to get down there on an early lunch break but after that I will be busy all day. Still, lots of Fridays I end up at one of the neighborhood watering holes so feel free to hit me up if you end up in Fells Point or around there.

I'm thinking I might go to Radio Shack on the 3rd like an hour before they close to see if I can talk them into selling it to me then. Gonna give them a sob story about having to work all day Friday and not being able to pick up my phone :D

thats a good idea lol. im gonna go and tell them that im going on a business trip and wont be back for a few day lol. were do u hang out around fells point?
 
All over, but basically anywhere that isn't too crowded or douchey :) Used to like Friends but they closed. Nowadays we usually go to Blarney Stone but we will walk around and hit others depending on what we are up for. Closer to home is the very underrated "Bad Decisions" where you can get some of the most inventive cocktails and good food you will ever find in a place that looks like such a dive from outside. Lagers, Hudson Street Stackhouse, and Mahaffey's are closer to home so we go there sometimes. I pretty much avoid Canton Square like the plague at night although it's great for food during the day.

Basically we go all over and try to check out new places a lot.
 
ok. i will hit u up and we can throw back a few drinks. i work from my house, so im telling all my clients to pick up their computers on monday lol.

I feel like it will be easier to go right before closing and trying to talk the rep into it. They may not be able/allowed to ring it up but I figure, if they are about to close, why wait until they reopen? Maybe the rep will be eager to get the commission.

very true. it might be a slow day. a new activation/upgrade will look good for them. but i wonder if they would get in any trouble from sprint if they sell it early? or maybe they can sell it to me and i can activate it in the morning.
 
I pre-ordered mine from the Radio Shack in Glen Burnie Mall. I'd be up for meeting up but I work til 3, grabbing my phone and then picking up my daughter, so I won't have time.

Anybody know the extent of Baltimore's 4G? I really wanna know if it works in Glen Burnie, or at least North Glen Burnie where I live.
