Banning things that are offensive to a reasonable person is expected. Banning things that sound immature is like pulling the plug on the internet. ;)
 
You know what annoys me? When a useful thread gets spammed to death by a bunch of pubescent boys (I can't prove this, of course, but we all know it) whining about how somebody said "Cappy", and it made them feel less manly about their phone. That annoys me.

Everybody has a word that irks them and this is one of mine. A lot of people hate the word Moist. Cappy referring to captivate doesn't bother me. It is just the word Cappy. Once again this thread was for fun and I have no hatred towards anyone that uses the word Cappy.

You know what annoys me? The word cappy. Not because it makes my phone sound like a glittery pink fluffy poodle, but because its just a terrible nickname. Its sounds like 5 year old babble, like someone is too lazy to figure out how to spell the word "captivate" so they found a way to do it with less letters. It just sounds uneducated and lazy I guess.
 
You have my vote. I also vote to ban "Sammy" for anything Samsung. Or Panny for Panasonic. Ok, maybe I'm going overboard here. lol

I personnaly don't mind if someone likes calling it the "Forbidden word" lol but I voted yes either way :D at the end it still sounds like something a 5 year old would say.
