Hi, this is my 1st tablet . I do like the Galexy 2 7.0 found it on e-bay for $219 including shipping. I was looking for a way to read bar codes. The barcode readers I have found, uses the back camera to read. I see this does not have auto focus, so apps will not read the code. Is auto focus a software or hardware limitation? I was looking for a bar code reader that uses the front camera since it has a closer focus point.
I tried an eye loupe with the front camera and noticed that it could read the bar codes then. Is there any covers that would have a lens that could be switched for near and far pictures?
Thanks for any info.
