Help Barnacle not working on GNEX (Verizon)

Has anyone been able to get Barnacle Wifi Tethering to work on the GNEX?

Pretty sure you need to be rooted for Barnacle to work. I may be wrong.

If you wish to tether your phone you will need to contact VZW and have the tethering plan added to your current agreement. Tethering without this plan is a violation of your terms of service. strange how someone posts about a tether app not working and someone has to get all high and mighty and be the "verizon policy police" posting the official tethering policy.....pretty sure the OP is aware of that policy......otherwise they would just use the "official" tethering & portable hotspot items located in settings under "wireless & networks".....

it has been requested by both the site owner and forum administrator that we refrain from openly posting about violating your carrier's ToS agreement. i am sure this thread will be locked soon, just giving you a head's up as to why.

rooting voids your warranty, but it does not violate the ToS. in fact, your right to root is now protected by law.
