Looking for a little help. Recently, I installed [Business GB by Nils]. It has WiFi Tether package which unfortunately I can not get to work. So I downloaded Barnicle which works but is having issues.
Lets start with Barnicle. Everything works but it is really slow. I am downloading at less than 1MB when I test in on speedtest.net. If I do the test on the phone its running between 18-20MB. So clearly something isn't working properly within the tethering. FYI, when I tether the same laptop to my Eris, I am getting in the 2-3MB range. Eris uses WiFi tether not Barnicle.
Ok WiFi Tether on the Rezound. I have followed all the setup procedures. If I set it up as directed and use Netd method, my computer never sees the WiFi tether. Now if I change it to ad-hoc my computer sees the WiFi tether & connects but the program never connects to the internet. :dontknow:
Please anyone have any advice?? Feel free to ask away....

The version which came with the ROM was 3.1 beta 11.
