Help Baseband: Unknown and IMEI:Unknown

All right,

My Skyrocket says baseband version Unknown and IMEI Unknown. It started when I was on a custom rom and read online, I should take it back to stock to fix the issue. However, it still says both are unknown. My sim card still works because I have an another phone it works perfectly fine in. Do I have a solution or is this unfixable?

It sounds like you have a corrupt efs folder. That's where your IMEI info is stored. Unless you have a backup, I'm not sure what can be done to fix it. When you were using a custom rom, which recovery were you using? I know TWRP can backup the efs folder when you make a nandroid.
