Basic Music Editor

Does anyone know of a music editor you can use on the phone that amplifys the sound and maybe cutting out sections? I'm not looking for anything spectacular, but would like to do some simple stuff on the fly.

Just to be clear, are you looking for something to edit music you have before listening to it or an equalizer that let's you change how the music sounds while listening tovit.( increasing base, treble,ect)

Something to edit music I already have, but not an equalizer. I have Jet Audio Plus as a music player, and it has a 20 band equalizer installed in it.
Like I said, I basically want to amplify the sound like I use to do on my pc (before the home invasion). I have a ring tone maker that will amplify the sound before I save it, but wanted something I could use with whole tracks of songs.
