Help Battery Alert Notification Sound

Does anyone know how to change the low battery notification sound on the HTC Incredible? I cant seem to find a way.

I believe this is not possible, but I may be wrong....I've been wrong before

This sound scares me out of my skin every time. I'd love to find a way to eliminate the extremely loud double beep noise when the battery gets below 15% on my Droid.

i think /system/media/audio/ui/LowBattery.ogg is the path to the sound. not sure if you have to be rooted but you could back this file up and replace it with the same filename maybe.
