Help Battery bootloop?

So I've had the GS2 for a couple weeks now, and its been fine. I put Cyanogenmod on it but then unrooted it. Now I'm on stock. And for some reason, it started acting funny. The USB doesn't recognize the phone at all, and when I turn it off and back on it shows the battery charging when its not even plugged in. I can't get to recovery. Even when I take out the battery, it goes to that battery animation and it loops. I don't know what to do. Please help!

just start over. Go into download mode and flash back to stock. Then flash whatever you want, once the phone is back to normal.
