Battery Capacity spec

Hello, I've been reading specs that the Atrix 4G has a battery capacity of 1930 mAh but when reading the spec on the battery itself, it says 1880 mAh and below it has 1880 / 1930 mAh (min/typ). Does anyone know how to interpret that spec and why are websites listing it at 1930 mAh?

the type of battery is a 1930mAh li-ion battery, it is required to have a minimum rating of 1880 mAh, batteries aren't all created equal and have a range just like CPU's are binned for speed

it is a 1930 mAh battery in this regard, it also must hold at a minimum, 1880 mAh of energy
