Help Battery charging issue... Help!

Hi guys, over the last couple of months ive had three batteries die on me. An officia samsung and two extended gold batteries. When the phone ran out of charge the battery for some reason would refuse to charge. The charge icon seemed to flash up now and then but for some reason the batteries just will not charge.

Has anyone else experienced this?

The firat time i assumed it was just old age battery sp bought a new one second time it was annoying but now the third time its peed me off. Three failed batteries in two month ia not good.

Ive used several JB custom roms amd kernels so im not aire if those are the issue or if its something else.

similar sort of thing happening with my S2 too atm. charge drops down significantly quickly and the cell is warm eventhough when not used. and charging takes more time than usual. also, the cell goes into a cycle of continuous restarts sometimes
i tried doing factory reset, even flashed to the latest LPN, bought a new battery, but none seems to work so far.
anyone having similar issues?
or is it RIP time for my aging S2??

Your issue can probably be resolved by resetting your battety stats via the recovery console or using STweaks.

in stweaks, by using the option 'reset fuel chip'?

You can do it two ways, using the item you state, or using the recovery console.
