I am having an issue with my HTC EVO that it will not charge, and at the moment it will not turn on because it is unable to charge. I have noticed in the pass few weeks that my phone would not charge from the wall charger, but would with the USB from a computer. Then I would use a different wall charger or car charger and everything would be fine, but today not charger is working on my phone. I have reading on the Internet about the usb port issue wit HTC EVO and how some users returned their using their tep protection service, but my phone is rooted. So I can not return my phone back to sprint because its rooted. Does any have any suggestion on how to solve my battery charging issue?

From what you said, the issue may not be the phone but the charger. If you can charge from USB and another charger, the wall charger may be defective. There is a known issue with the original chargers being defective.
You should be able to unroot and return your phone back to stock. There is a whole section on rooting and there are instructions to unroot in this forum.
