Help Battery Charging

I'm afraid of ruining my battery on m 2013 N7 by overcharging it. What's the best practice for keeping my battery working great?

Li-Ion batteries have an embedded protection circuit against overcharging .... and against deep discharging so their cells should never go down to 0%.

Though I'd not risk it to run my phone down to 0% ... and this is my only rule

... and this is what I know about battery life ...
"Li-Ion batteries are designed to be charged early and often, and letting them get too low can damage the battery. With Lithium batteries, doing shallow discharges and frequent charging prolongs battery life."
