Battery Charging

I was wondering, do you guys constantly charge the battery when you're at home or even at work?

I've heard that with this type of battery its good to pretty much always have it charging.

I have heard this too, also that this type of battery does not necassarily benefit from charging to full and then running down in cycles.

Modern batteries are Lithium-Ion based and it's generally good practice to keep them topped up. It's been quite a while since Nickel was used in mobile batteries, and they're the ones that were worth fully discharging/recharging.
